Within the framework of the EU4Business: SME Recovery, Competitiveness and Internationalization Program, the development of the Cluster Atlas, a website with information on existing industrial clusters in Ukraine and their mapping on an interactive map, has been successfully completed. PU “Ukrainian Maritime Cluster” (UMC) is honored to be present at the event. This is an important event for the Union, as the Atlas not only helps to increase the visibility of clusters at the national and international level, but also opens up new opportunities for cooperation with partners and clients. The interactive map facilitates access to cluster data, facilitating successful networking and cooperation between clusters, SMEs, and other stakeholders.
It should be emphasized that the Cluster Atlas is a modern interactive platform that brings together information about active clusters in Ukraine and was created by the initiators based on a detailed analysis of the cluster ecosystem. The authors add that the Atlas will be constantly updated to reflect the current state of cluster activity in the country.
The UMC expresses its sincere gratitude to the developers and inspirers of this project for creating a map of Ukraine’s clusters. Thanks to this, the Ukrainian Maritime Cluster will be able to more effectively represent the interests of the maritime industry in the international arena and contribute to the development of Ukraine’s blue economy.

It is worth reminding that the Ukrainian Maritime Cluster has a positive experience in implementing projects under the EU4Business: SME Recovery, Competitiveness and Internationalization Program, co-funded by the European Union and the German government and implemented by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
Thus, in 2023, activities were carried out under the project “Integration of Ukraine into the World Maritime Community (April-November)”. As part of this project, the leadership of the Ukrainian Maritime Cluster made a number of international visits, as a result of which the UMC received support from European maritime associations such as the European Network of Maritime Clusters (ENMC), the European Boating Industry (EBI) and the Polish Maritime Technology Forum. The European Maritime Day in Ukraine was also organized at a high level.
With the support of the Programme, the project “Mykolaiv City Ambassadors” was also implemented, thanks to which 10 SMEs from Mykolaiv took part in the International Maritime Exhibition Europort 2023 (Rotterdam, the Netherlands) as part of the Ukrainian Pavilion. Print and video materials about the project’s participating companies were also developed.
