CORPORATE TRAINING CENTERS AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR ESTABLISHING COOPERATION BETWEEN HEI AND ENTERPRISES REGARDING THE INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL UPDATE

The war in Ukraine has caused significant damage to domestic enterprises. Missile attacks have either damaged or completely destroyed objects of fixed capital and production infrastructure. However, the most significant problem lies in the loss of  personnel within these organizations. Personnel need to be restored, and its intellectual capital must be updated. In this context,  the question arises about establishing cooperation between higher education institutions and, primarily, high-tech intellectual  businesses to address the challenges they face. In fact, this involves implementing dual forms of acquiring professional competencies by students of universities and enhancing the qualifications of organizational personnel. This topic is not new to a  certain part of the academic community, however, such discussions only sometimes result in useful proposals regarding methods  and technologies that would be beneficial to the relevant stakeholders. This problem-solving on the example of a corporate  training center is the purpose of our investigation. The informational basis of the research includes legislative and regulatory  acts governing processes related to the implementation of dual forms of higher education, as well as numerous publications  from our predecessors identified using content analysis methods of popular scientific-metric databases. Observations of the  practice of training centers creation by organizations participating in the Ukrainian Maritime Cluster were used to form practi – cal conclusions and recommendations. A series of reasons are given for why this idea arose and was implemented in practice by  companies in the shipbuilding product chain. All of them have long transformed into high-tech intellectual centers, requiring the  engagement of a new generation of employees who are equally proficient in engineering, information and communication tools,  and management. They must unite real and artificial intelligence carriers into effective teams. It is emphasized that the advantage of training centers lies in the synergistic effect resulting from shared requirements for training profiles, high competence,  and experience in developing educational plans.
