The aim of the meeting is to unite and consolidate the efforts and joint actions of key market players, central and local authorities to save and support the development of Ukraine’s maritime industry at war, as well as to boost Ukraine’s activities in the European Maritime Community.

The task of the event is to raise the urgent issue of maritime saving, the current activities, and planned projects of the military defense subcluster, support the strategic sector of regional economic development, unite and consolidate the efforts and joint actions of the maritime regional community.

Several areas of discussion are planned within the meeting:

1. International cooperation for mutually beneficial partnership and development of the maritime industry. The EU policies.
2. The role of the Ukrainian Maritime Cluster in the defence activities, sector functioning and development the maritime industry.
3. UMC experience in evacuation, relocation, work at the war times. Future perspectives and plans of maritime community.
4. Mykolaiv Defense Subcluster initiatives.
5. Strategy for development the maritime industry in Ukraine. The EU support.
