A series of events organized by the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance as part of the #ClusterINT project took place in Lviv and Kyiv

From August 26 to 29, a series of events organized by the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance as part of the #ClusterINT (Clusters INTernationalization) project took place in Lviv and Kyiv.

This series of events became a landmark event for the internationalization of Ukrainian clusters, bringing together more than 10 visits to organizations in 2 regions, 4 roundtables and 2 conferences, which were attended by representatives from 8 countries, including Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, France, Italy and Canada. Since its launch in June 2022, the #Professionals4Ukraine program, launched by the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance as a tool for consolidating international assistance to Ukrainian clusters, has already united 34 Ambassadors from 15 countries. Under the program, its Ambassadors are professionals with outstanding results in providing assistance, coordinating actions, and having plans to implement innovative solutions in the Industry 4.0 paradigm from leading European countries, the world, and domestic researchers.
In total, about 200 people registered for the conferences held on August 26-29 in Lviv and Kyiv, which were held in a hybrid mode. The conferences were attended not only by the Ambassadors, but also by more than 10 cluster communities from the central region and southeastern regions, including representatives of innovative SMEs and the PU “Ukrainian Maritime Cluster”.

The central event was the #UkraineRecovery conference, where UCA representatives presented a new portfolio of programs and projects, including the #Clusters4Defense initiative. The event also featured panel discussions on the role of clusters during the war and mechanisms to support them.
These events were not only an important step towards the further integration of Ukrainian clusters into the European community, but also confirmed their readiness for active inter-cluster cooperation among UCA members in the country’s recovery.

Our common goal is to ensure the dual digital and green transformation of cluster members so that Ukraine can not only recover, but also become a leader in implementing the principles of a sustainable economy and innovative solutions in its various sectors.  We thank all UCA partners and Ambassadors for their support and solidarity! – Ukrainian Cluster Alliance
